Delivery time

The total delivery time is the sum of the order preparation time (lead time) and the shipping time .

• Lead time = the period between your order and the shipping of the ordered products. (Usually varies from 1 to 5 days.)

• Shipping time = the time between shipping and delivery of your order. (Usually takes about 15-20 business days.)

⚠️ Important note for batteries : for this type of product, shipping times may be longer and up to 30 days , due to transport regulations and customs restrictions.

Please note that any delivery date or timeframe indicated on the site, or otherwise communicated, should be considered a non-binding estimate . Times may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as customs checks that may detain products and cause delays.

If a product is not delivered within 60 business days of payment confirmation or the estimated/quoted delivery date (if later), you may refuse or cancel the order. In this case, we will only be responsible for refunding (without interest) any amounts already paid for that order.
